Instanced FC Housing purchased with Company Credits

We have millions in FC credits that go unused and nothing worth spending them on. One thought is to make instanced FC housing, say a lovely privately island in the Mist, purchasable with those excess credits. That just may free up some coveted Large/Medium plots, keep neighborhoods less rowdy, and fix the dilemma of creating too many wards that could lead to empty house plots scattered about.

No because then the private buyers will want an island and then everyone cries again.

But can be expanded to include a full-on house if the demand is high enough and SE has the resources to fix this housing mess.

I was actually thinking about something like this earlier: Make the wards be for private homes and have instanced FC wards that would allow members to build houses.

That is a fantastic idea. :) I know our peeps would love it!

How could there not be high enough demand for that already?

Yep, it's still not housing. Good luck wishing on that star though. It would be great if they would turn it into housing and this proves they have the means to instance housing (which they said they couldn't expand upon it without more hardware). As I said before, they won't fix housing because of a certain Director's pride in the neighborhood feeling he wants.

Your source that SE will allow us to expand Island Sanctuary to include a house?

For all we know Island Sanctuary is 2D and accessed through the Toybox.

8+ years on this game plus the original failed launch. It's come a long way from where we started. Those changes began when we collectively express our ideas -- the entire point of this thread.

If you don't have actual suggestions, then I'm moving on.
