Housing needs help.

First of all, I want to start off with why I enjoy housing. I have seen THE MOST creativity in this entire game come from people with houses. From legitimate DJs sharing their music and bringing people together to people recreating real life restaurants (like Panda Express) in-game, numerous different themes, taking furniture pieces we currently have and putting them together to make items we don't have (yet). I would love to know why despite all of the positivity and creativity, housing continues to be neglected.

Lottery
This lottery system is NOT fun. It is not a good solution to the issues housing had prior to 6.0/6.1. Currently it is FIVE DAYS of waiting, hoping, planning, aspiring, etc. only to have it not be your number and you have to walk up to an already built house with people sometimes actively trying to humiliate you. Then another 4-5 day wait for your next chance. The lottery is only "working" right now because there was an influx of new plots with Empyreum opening. However, once new mediums and larges dry up, people who CAN afford a bigger place will be stuck in a small. THIS is the problem. THIS is what needs attention. Timers were cruel, but they wouldn't have even been as bad if there was enough housing.

Black Market Housing

The root of a few housing issues is reselling plots. People feel SO hopeless with the housing system that they are willing to potentially lose gil, pay 15x the price, potentially get in trouble, and even now wait an entire MONTH in an FC just to avoid the mental anguish.As long as housing is a commodity, as long as housing is scarce, you will continue having resellers. Even if it becomes a bannable offense, people will still do it because housing is painful.

Whether it was meant to be a big part of the game or not, for some of us it is and we do not have the chance to enjoy it as intended. If things stay as is, very soon we will see ONE plot up in a whole district (or even home world) and I don't want to see what entries will look like on that. When all larges and mediums go and ONE pops up, it'll be ridiculous what entries would look like. It's ALREADY bad on populated worlds and that's with a whole 24 new wards.

Rotate personal wards each lottery;

Make lotteries shorter; 1-2 days for entry and 1-2 for claiming is more than enough time

Get rid of apartments; this is a bold one but the main reason people get apartments is because they can't get a house, they only have 100 slots and are literally used for storage by some people (myself included). If this is one way to make room for more houses, PLEASE do this.

More wards; I know this has been suggested to death but it really is the best solution

Set a relo cooldown; no relocatting for X days after successful relocation

Limited entries on limited plots; one entry per FC on larges, for example
