Crystal Server

Wondering if Crystal is up? I was in game, then was kicked out. I can't get my password to Authenticate :/

- Are you receiving an error message/code when you were booted? Please clarify in detail.

- Internet Service Provider:
- Location/Region (your actual location, not in-game)
- When trying to access the game, are you receiving an error during login? What is the full error/message code that occurs?
- Troubleshooting steps you have attempted
- Have you tried resetting the password to the account?

Did you copy+paste a link from the game chat (often about a raffle/prizes) and then login on that link? If so I'm afraid that wasn't an official site and you gave them your login details so they basically logged you out so they could steal from your character.

You need to try to immediately reset your password to recover access to your account, but you may have to also request a rollback with SE...
