I watched the Uldahn intro cutscenes again and noticed that Momodi walks like a woman instead of bouncing around like a little girl (like all playable female lalafells). Male lalafells seem to be walking more "normally" in cutscenes too.
So I've been thinking, why the discrepancy? Are we playing children lalafell after all?
How about letting us decide which gait our character has for 2.0?
For example, give us a choice between the more childish or more mature gait.
Shouldn't be limited to lalafells, of course.

This may be off topic but i always wished we could adjust the ages of our characters. But aside from that, I like this idea! Give them more personality. Have the cool steady types, the spaz types, etc. This could/should be tied into standing/waiting poses and some emotes as well. Maybe its based our gaurdians?

It's the same for all races. The Miqo'te are all sultry in game but in cutscenes they're more reserved.

I like this idea. Give women a choice between walking with poise or a provocative swing of the hip. Give men a choice between meek posture and macho posture. I would also like to see a "lean" emote that allows us to prop up against a wall, but until we see what the servers are capable in 2.0, I won't hold my breath.
