The case of Eureka and the Bot bunny farmers.

Hello, I'm here to complain.

Eureka Pyros aka where? aka dead content aka who cares?
the bunny fate spot is rampent with bots now normally bot problems don't bother me sounds like a square problem, but bots farming gil in eureka pyros is bad for the game in more than an RMT way and it feels like they're never looked into lemme explain for those unfamilar with the zone.

1.rmt is bad and they are farming gil.

2. the Bunny fate only allows 15 people to receive a bunny after the fate on average right now there are 10-20 bots meaning players who are actually farming and playing have a chance to not receive a bunny because the bots are taking them, this directly ruins the players farming experience and waste 10 mins of there life waiting for it to respawn.

3.This is the most important one, Eureka does not operate like a lot of zones, the more players that are in the instance the harder the Notorious Monster spawns get they scale to the amount of players, Eureka is already a bit of a dead space, but now your having 10-20 bots artificially increasing the difficulty for players who are doing the actual content of Eureka. this means that in the morning if there are 3 players who are farming the NM the regular content, they are getting bosses scaled for up to 23 people.

This has been a problem since 2010 when the game first released, and SE did absolutely nothing. Since the reboot with ARR the bot and rmt problem continued and you know what SE has done about it? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. The same bots that were around 5 years ago are still around. You can come here to complain all you want; you can even report them to the special task force, which is actually what you are supposed to do since there is no one here reading anything. But a whole lot of nothing will be done about it either way.

yee i did report and nothing, you're not wrong ive been here since arr, they've just more migrated to eureka over the last i wanna say 3-6 monthes and im finally fed up with it, just because nothing is being done doesnt mean i shouldnt post for awareness incase someone does read it. I understand what you're saying I agree , but i posted it anyhow.

Its completely destroyed Materia DC.

40-50 bots in pyros at any given time with 1-2 legit players being completely roadblocked on progression in the zone.

The eureka community on oce is ~40 people total, these bots are making the game a living hell for anyone wanting to get into the content, even in the earlier zones, there's bots farming 24/7 to get the requirements for pyros.

SQE either need to remove the bunny fate or take an active stance against it, its legitimately ruining part of the game for an entire community.

This. We literally cannot do Eureka on Materia because of the bot problem.

Its getting too bad. I have played for years and just made an account to post here about these bots. Yes there has always been bots in eureka pyros maybe a handful or so but lately there are 30 and 40 bots doing bunnies. Fix it sheesh. terminate these accounts. Keep terminating them. eureka farming sucks bc of them. the past couple months its gotten exponentially worse with the bots even spreading to pagos.

Only time SQE will take notice if if this post gets enough traction.

They ignore the bots 90% of the time because they arent visible to the majority of the playerbase like the teleporting bots.

I hadnt even checked the earlier zones but im sure it's plagued. there is a certain subset of players who go back to eureka. I go there to do bunnies, chit chat with fellow eurekans it's just something for me to farm and chill out. so if it is ruining my experience i cant even imagine for people who are trying to progress through eureka. It's always been said that most people quit eureka at pagos, the bots just make it easier for people to get frustrated and quit doing it faster. it's a real shame cause its such a good piece of content.

I'm doing achievement farming atm. Getting all the remai ing weapons in Pagos atm.
I'm not lookimg forward to getting to Pyros hearing all these stories on the forum xD
