Question to developers.

Have they changed Parry/Evaacion to take place with any job/class or it is still exclusive of mrd/war and Pug/mnk classes/jobs?

And if they havent, have they plans to change it to allow all classes to evade/parry? i ask cause as seems they improving classes , i would like to actually use those abilities related to parry/evade on other classes than their own since they free to equip them.

Other classes can evade just fine, and any job with a 2-handed weapon can parry as well.

PLD/GLA without shield can parry too

Any class can parry when your wep is out i do it all the time on WHM.

You guys sure? not mistakin parry with blocking, or evade with "monster's attack miss you"?

i havent really tried out much but i havent seen parry or evade attacks on other jobs than mrd/war , pug/mnk respectivelly.

I rarelly use 2-handed weapons on mages, that might explain why i havent seen me self parryin as whm or blm.

NOTE: "monster miss you" and "You evaded the monster's attack" are not the same thing, in both you avoid dmg, but still arent the same thing. just makin it clear.

IF you have a shield equipped, parry will never occur. Other than that, all classes can parry.

As someone who mains pgl i haven't seen the words evade in forever everything comes up as miss.

If I remember correctly, they took out "Evade" from the game when they introduced Auto-attack or around that time period.

Oki thank you alot guys for reply , in blonde moment, beign Pug/mnk my fav class/job but havent got to play these lately much less put attention to it (wich is reason of this post in first place). thank you alot guys been of much help ^^
