No its more like "They needed buffs but we may have gone a bit overboard." They're not reverting all the changes, just some.

Blm was ridiculously OP in higher end pvp.

Good to see them work it back a bit

I mean, they nerfed RDM 2 patches in a row. Jobs are gonna get buffed/nerfed in PVP.
