After almost HALF A YEAR, Japanese player started to have the same issues, and they addressed the issue right away.

I believe that unlike the Japanese technical support forum. This technical support forum must be experiencing some kind of malfunction that causes the entire technical support section somehow completely invisible to the development team and SE
PS: I think at this point we tried everything to get SE attention, I think they never said anything about the NA and EU server delay issues. Even in the new post they said the reports are mostly came from japan, even right now in this page there are player reporting the same problem.
