Attempts at Eorzean humor

This thread is an attempt to supply short stories or jokes within Eorzea or adapting Earth humor using Eorzean terminology.

For instance...

(Edit: sorry, was trying to make elezen the new "blonde", but I failed)

A blind lalafell on a bar stool shouts out to the bartender, "Want to hear an 'dumb elezen' joke?!"

The guy sittting next to him leans toward and says to the lalafell, "Before you tell that joke, you should know... the bartender and the bouncer are elezen. I'm elezen and I used to kill coblyns your height all day. The guy sitting next to me is elezen and he's bigger than a roegadyn. And the guy on the otherside of you is elezen and he slew a sand pieste this morning with his fists. ALL of us are elezen. Now think about it, do you still want to tell that joke?"

The blind lalafell throws his hands up in the air in defeat, "No. Not if I'm going to have to explain it five times."

Well that was mildly funny. I chuckled enough to entice me to post a reply to this thread.

I said a joke once that got a few people to laugh on my server! Was trying to break the silence in Ul'dah since it is the most populated city.

"For every day no one talks to each other, the producer kills a roegadyn... ... ... which is why no one probably talks anyway."

A Fisher and A Botanist walk into a bar..... the Miner ducked.

nice jokes and a nice thread..

A Marauder and Gladiator are killing time on the ferry between Limsa and thanalan by sparing on deck. a well timed shield bash causes the marauder to loose his balance and fall overboard. Panicked the Gladiator runs over to the side to see her friend sprawled out on the loading ramp. Relived she smiles and shakes her head then says to her friend. Figures, only a Marauder could fall off of a boat at sea and Miss the water.
