Flickering between hardware and software cursor

Hey guys. I have been having trouble with the cursor in FFXIV. It keeps flickering from the glove cursor to the hardware pointer rapidly, which lags my game when I move my mouse. I just updated my Nvidia drivers yesterday, just so you know.
