90 Paladin

Saturday night I logged off of server.....Logged on Sunday morning.....signed up for raid...it said "insufficient item level".....Odd. I have a 90 paladin with 590 gear. So I looked at my items....I had 536 gear level and am missing my augmented radiant sword and shield.....

SERIOUSLY!!! GONE!!!! Not anywhere to be found. Just gone. After submitting MULTIPLE tickets...waiting forever....calling square enix...STILL haven't heard anything. I only have this 90 to do my raids and high ends. And now I cannot do any of them. And they are not responding to ANYTHING!

The set is from Asphodelos and is hard to get. Takes weeks to get. And I am NOT doing it over just because THEIR game glitched. They need to get GM's on worlds and active...They need to start providing services for what we pay for...This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I'm not tech support, but...

Your items can't just vanish, and to have two items spontaneously lost to a glitch just happen to be both sword and shield from a matching set seems improbable – and your post is all emotion and no details. Tech support does not need to know that you can't do your raids, they just need to know what happened.

Were you wearing them at the time they allegedly vanished? If so, what state were you in afterwards?

Have you tried running an /isearch?

Did you ever request a rollback of your data?

Try clicking the recommended gear button.

If it doesn't find the missing items, try /isearch Radiant and after that click "search for item" on the items that come up to see where they are located.

You can upgrade the crafted classical gear to 590 now that 6.1 is out.
