What are the specifics on 2.0 server capability changes?
Most interested in information regarding improvement, if any, in the following areas:
- Ability cooldown latency
- Range detection latency
(such as when 12+ yalms away from an enemy, but not able to trigger an 8-yalm pre-requisite combo for Archer)
- Ability cast delay
(from clicking the ability to both effect dealt and animation start / completion)
If there's a developer or rep post that covers all that, a link would be plenty. I'd just like to have this information, if existent, also available on the thread directly.
