Cannot register code
my friend recently got the free trial from the square enix website and decided to get the game. she got it from steam but the game didnt show up on her library.
so she bought the game on the website. when she tried to register her code on mog station, it said "transfer to full game" and couldnt register her code.
she restarted her game, and tried to buy stuff from one of the market boards but it said she's still in free trial.
im just wondering what went wrong, or if she did something wrong, and how do we fix this?

best bet depending on your region would be to open a ticket with square enix explain the situation and go from there !!

As the concern relates to your friend's account, we advise for them to reach out to Customer Support as they are the account holder. If the account is North American in region, please reach out to the North American Support Center.
