Making the Battlehall Non-Instanced?

I'm leveling some DD Jobs to 90 from 80s, and the dungeon queues are quite long (yeah I know it's a very inefficient method, but I really dislike Bozja/Zadnor). It would be cool if I could enter the Battlehall and play some matches and farm victory cards as I wait. I did that for many cards in the overworld, and I've begun running out of those.

Would it be possible to do that? It wouldn't need to necessarily revamp the whole Saucer, maybe make it a door you can enter a solo instance in (like the Rising Stones).

I guess this would impede random players battling NPCs to challenge each other... but I speak from my own personal experience of the Hall having at the most 2 others besides me who never say a word to other players...

creating the battle hall was one small measure taken in order to deal with win trading/rigging the weekly TT tournaments.
