Alpine Open-air Bath animation issue

Steps:
1. Get a Alpine Open-air Bath
2. Place Alpine Open-air Bath outside
3. Note that the steam and water spout animation plays in the preview but not once placed during the day
4. Wonder why your bath is cold
5. Wait for in-game nightfall
6. Note that when the outdoor lights come on, have the bath suddenly start to steam and the water spout starts to spout water.
