See title. Is there any legitimate reason for this? If they won't nerf tank healing because they "don't balance around dungeons" why can we not have the ability to spread Chain and Bio with Deployment Tactics in PVE? Would having this break any of the harder content such as TEA and DSR? I don't include UWU and UCoB because SCH had Bane back when these were designed.
Agreed, it would be a nice consolidation of Contagion/Deployment, and less bloat which they seem to dislike. Give it 2 charges and an appropriate CD and we're good to go.
This used to be in one of my wishlist back in late ShB, with additional effect to spread Chain Stratagem & Miasma together with Biolysis albeit with falloff. Looking at them adding this in similar fashion into PvP kinda make me salty lol.
