Housing issue

We had 9 members bid on our FC house. At the time of the original placement all bidders were Free Company members for over 30 days.

Fast forward to today. One of our original bidders is no longer in the FC. And his number won. So we lose our home because of the SE bug that made us not be able to claim the house when we should have. Is there any way to get our FC house. It’s easy enough to see that our FC were the only bidders on the house it isn’t fair that we lose our house because of this bug.

Any way to grant the leader the home or do we lose again.

The ex member rejoined our FC and it allowed us to claim the house. For some reason he had to pay to claim it. But I don’t care if it cost double, we got the house.
