Move from Steam to Windows License

It sucks that we can't migrate from a Steam license account to a windows license account. Today, our group missed hours of Ultimate prog because steam was down, not FFXIV. Even if we need to purchase an additional license to switch, I think many people would do it to avoid Steam integration issues. Please consider allowing this

they said it was impossible, kinda like how it's impossible to add a checkmark on obtained minions
because it would strain the servers too much
