Please consider implementing a "meter" or indicator of some sort to let the player know what level their ability is currently at.
Raging Strike, Berserk, Rampage, and Power Surge all have higher "power levels" that effect the potency of the ability. If these abilities can each stack up to 3 times, then simply putting a 0, 1, 2, or 3 next to the icon would be sufficient.

Anything that isn't in the "General Information" section is really not going to receive the same kind of attention. This is usually a good thing because of all the bastards flaming shit. Just don't expect 400 replies in a day and you'll be fine. Some ideas just don't catch people's interest. My suggestion is maybe mock it up with a picture so people know what you mean.
Also sometimes there's not really more to add in response. It's a good idea, but there's not much else to say or any real discussion to be had.
