To the Devs: More balanced design variety?

I'm noticing a trend that a lot of armor and weapon designs are starting to get a lot more extravagant, a great example would have to be Sarngas and the heavy darksteel armor which are the most recent additions to gear content. What i'm asking of the devs is alongside these flashy weapons that fold up when you put them away and armor that make you look like a robot, why not also create weapons and armor that are more subdued and classical in terms of styling, like something you'd expect to see in King Arthur or Game of Thrones, or for a more visual example, like this:

That way, players that want classic looking gear can have it and players that want extravagant looking gear can have it as well. Basically, balance out the styles so we have more variety on that end.

They do, have you seen the briauds? Vanya gear? They already make a variety of gear, the issue is the itemization in terms of who wears what and given the 'flavor of the month' class/jobs, you'll see more of x than y.
