Steps:
1. Use Infuriate to gain 50 Rage and Nascent Chaos
2. Use Fell Cleave which Expends the Rage
3. Use Inner Release
4. Attempt to use Decimate
5. Bugged- Fel Cleave does not remove the Nascent Chaos leaving the buff active and blocking the use of Decimate.
6. Create macro with Decimate and Chaotic Cyclone to bypass
7. Macro does not work since game overrides Decimate for Chaotic Cyclone but makes Chaotic Cyclone Unusable during Inner Release even if under the effect of Nascent Chaos.
