The Reaper template for contest

So I am confused about the template, are artist supposed to draw the folded version in "side" or is it the other way? where scythe is actually "side" and the side section is actually "front/rear"?

You can literally do both. You need to draw the "open design" side first, and then a back/thin view of it. Everything else is a blank template to do with as you wish. You don't need to do a closed version unless you want to take that extra step.

Okay, thank you. Because I was a bit confused since one direction said it had to be the exact template as it was given, and that anything unrelated would be rejected... while another information said I can add other details for my design. xD
