For either sanction embedded weapons or gc equipment when combined.
Currently there's no way other than looking at your attributes to know that combined gear is working, and having something more than an icon for sanction would be just cool if you ask me.
The glow could be of the color of your company too!
Nothing mega shiny. Just like a faint glow or something.

I think faint glow and "colored shiny fog" on weapons is a cop out for making weapon models that look cool.
But the weapons already look cool, so shiny lights will only make them MORE cool. D: Shiny lights please!
I think they kill the art of the weapon. Someone worked very hard designing them only to be ruined by a glow effect? No thanks, it will cause laziness in designs later on.
If it's anything like the target highlighting (and there is plenty of reason to believe it would be the same) it would look like complete ass, so I'd rather just have the icon.
Do you remember the rage about ifrit's glowing ? Do you remember the rage about garuda and class weapons? It was a scream like "omg this weapons seems from WoW/ a korean mmorpg". You can see it incoming

Constant glowing is just too much.
ya shiny weapons make ppl have aneurisms. But more transforming weapons are in. (besides the half ass Mnk cube fists. those are lol)
