Steps:
1. Upon being promoted from First Flame Lieutenant to Captain he incorrectly refers to you as "Captain (Character Surname) is hereby promoted to flame captain." Where it should be Lieutenant (Character Surname) is hereby promoted to flame captain."
2. I am unsure if it is the same for all grand companies, but it caught my eye as I was in the cutscene where Flame Marshall Still River comes in to "reward" you for your efforts with the squadron after completing the second flagged mission.
