The Release Date For Liberating Locks

Does anyone know when SE will release the Liberating Locks hairstyle in the store? I couldn't find it anywhere in the store.

This makes me very happy. I'll be buying it for all my female characters! Mostly for the outfit. I love Lyse's outfit. :D

It will most likely release with the summer stuff, alongside discounts perhaps on other items. Honestly I thought it would have been coming with the maintenance a couple days back
