Actions Taken Against In-Game RMT & Other Illicit Activities (May 11)

Real money trading (RMT) and other illicit activities upset the balance of the game and, as such, are prohibited under the Terms of Service.

We have confirmed that a number of players are engaging in these illicit activities and have therefore taken the actions listed below.

Time Period: April 27, 2022 to May 10, 2022

・Participation in RMT/prohibited activities

　・Accounts temporarily suspended: 10
・Botting activity (Using any number of third party tools that allow for automation)
　・Accounts terminated: 7
　・Accounts temporarily suspended: 8

・RMT advertising
　・Accounts terminated: 2,273

Anyone who discovers any exploits should, under no circumstances, take advantage of or disseminate such information. Instead, we ask that players file a report by using the in-game command [System Menu] -> [Support Desk] -> [Contact Us] -> [Report Cheating].

In addition, RMT advertising can be reported by right-clicking the offending character’s name in the chat log, and selecting [Report]>[Report RMT activity]. The report will be processed automatically, and if determined to be involved in RMT advertising, the reported character's comments will be restricted.

We will continue to take stringent disciplinary action against any accounts involved in RMT/prohibited activities. Players should take care to avoid any activities that violate the Terms of Service.
