How would you guys feel about......

A single-player Hack n Slash action game starring Estinien, canonically set in the FFXIV world? It would be like Metal Gear Rising, ultry edgy, ultra violent, over the top. A whole new storyline with Estinien as the protagonist.

Maybe the WOL can show up as a cameo and you can use the same character creation (imported into this game) from FFXIV to make them into your actual WOL.

I have full confidence in Square Enix's ability to create both calibers of game.

Comical but I'll bite maybe have him go on a mission with Vrta and Gaius

Maybe expand on what he was doing while we were saving the world maybe like he was setting the stage for us

I'd play that. Going by only gameplay, Estinien with Nidhogg at his back is more powerful than WoL, outside of plot deus ex.
