Is Pyromancer getting a perm ban for having Dalamud?

He left it on screen for 30+ minutes at the end of Stormblood when using a plugin to change the games launch screen from stormblood to ShB.

The VoD is still there, does that mean Square Enix will be taking action?

P.s. This is a troll post, he should not get banned for changing a title screen or having a cleaner looking UI that does not affect gameplay or other people in any way. That is just stupid.

is he getting banned for having a handwritten notebook full of notes and lore? it's not first-party, outside of the game, and makes it easier to enjoy...

He has been openly using a very heavily modded UI and also has a fair number of people who dislike him for various reasons, so he seems like somebody who'd be a prime target.

What he has on his UI, does not affect anyone else. It makes the game more playable, and enjoyable.
5ch needs to just be shut down.

The UI thing? Probably harmless. While it -is- a 3rd-party, I feel people are missing the mark a tad.

While yes, there are people who got banned (temporarily) for using ACT (Which Se has gone on record several times to say Dont Use It. and people deciding not to listen, that alone is smackable purely to prove a damn point..) there are also others that got banned for actively harmful stuff. Though not to players, but to the game.

Like the one person who actively data-mined and found the "hidden" mechanics in the DSR fight. Then strapped that to a bot to get it to play audio ques when said hidden mechanics come out, actively changing the fight by giving a tell when you shouldn't be getting one.

This is similar to why we are now forced to put markers down pre-pull and cannot move them when in combat. SE is finally showing their hand that stuff like that is not okay. Period. End of sentence. No ifs, ands or buts, no. None. Zero. We were given enough chances.

People already showed that being "Warned" about their naughty behavior doesn't bother them. If you know what you're doing is against ToS, yet you continue to do it and even decide to broadcast it to the public that you are doing so then frankly, you're in no real position to complain about being slapped for it. To be honest I'm surprised it took this long.
