obviously if there was no demand/desire for them then there would not be any.
but going forward how do you think they will look at what is available to users and try their best to implement them into the game?

There is a desire for a lot of things I hope never make it into the game. Some of it could be called a large desire.
They will implement those that adhere to their vision of the game and continue to leave out things like parsers and mechanic announcers.
The same way they respond to the demand for most things.
"Please understand."
"1.0 code."
"We are working on it."
"...What are you talking about? We never mentioned new Summoner Egi's. You are crazy."
The same way they respond to what healers ask for - with ignoring and dismissal.
The same way the listened to Hrothgar feedback and requests and acted on them.
Spoiler: They did not listen at all and what they DID do after years of silence was, quite frankly, insulting. Don't get your hopes up, in my opinion.
there is an easy solution to this: just be japanese. they don't listen/bother with na forums. rile up the japanese again by posting on their forums. i recall within the past couple of months there was a whole thing about them (JP players) getting mad because the na players kept posting on the japanese forums in broken google-translated japanese. generally though hrothgar is one of the least played races in the game and so i would think that there is not a lot of discussion about them compared to other things within the realm of cosmetic choice
