Critical bug with Solo Duty in 2.0 Main Story quest 'The Heretic among Us'

Steps:
1. Start the Solo Duty for Main Story Quest
2. Monster uses new Version of Ruin 2 which does way too much damage to mission critical NPC Drillemont and Player
3. On normal/easy the HP Pool of Monster iss too high to chew down fast enough before critical NPC dies

5. The reply does not hold any value, at this point the player is expected to be level 40 and use Quest/Dungeon gear, which up to this point is like Item Level below 40, I could not keep NPC alive with iLevel 52 (meaning having the lv 50 Job Gear Set available), Player has not access to poetics gear at this point in the game and it should NOT be a requirement to begin with.

The PC/Console Specs do not matter, at this is wrong tuning of a solo scenario which happened by adjusting spells that previously existed, which shifted the balance far to the worse for this scenario.
