Help me please
First off I apologise if this is the incorrect place to go but I am really getting annoyed and frustrated.
Now before a Mod closes and moves/locks this thread, all I ask is that someone at Square is made aware of this ongoing issue.
There is a problem with Square processing FFXIV sub payments from the National Australia Bank ever since the launch of the Oceana Data Centre.
I have been back and forth between both parties since this has begun and it is getting beyond ridiculous as they keep blaming the other party and shifting the blame.
Now honestly I don't care who is to blame, I just want to know what the hell is going on and if someone from the DEV team can give me something, anything to help answer this question rather than being stonewalled from both companies.
