If someone buys a level boost from the online store can he or she still play the classes story?
I know about "New Game+" and was wondering if I could use that so I can get the level boost and still play the classes story.

Yes. Using newgame + will allow you to still do those quests. I see the ones I already finished as available in the newgame+ menus.
