Please, only start a match if both sides have 1 tank, 1 heal, 3 dps. Only with these composition! Otherwise 1 team gets a very unfair advantage. The team with 1 tank and 1 heal will always win the match. Pls change asap. Thanks.

This is nonsense, 5 dps can beat that comp with ease
All the tanks arent even tanks and two of the healers arent even actual healers. Git gud.
No thanks, I enjoy the quick queues, at max, they could enforce both teams are similar, so same tanks and same number of healers, whatever is the number between 0 and 3
Most frustrating comp I had was 5 range... literally no one wanted to contest, so the entire team kept backing up. Best I could do was puke all my cooldowns before guarding on point as BLM until they blew me away and then they simply walked the crystal in uncontested with 1 or 2 people using elixir from time to time unpressured.
Would the teams have been fine if they just accepted that they needed to contest? I don't know, but I doubt it. Way too counter-intuitive to expect uncoordinated randoms to adapt to a comp like that.
No, absolutely not. Queue times would be radically increased for a virtually imperceptible improvement in match quality.
A team with 1 tank and 1 healer does not have a clear advantage over a team that doesn't. On the contrary, depending on the specific jobs, the 1/1/3 team may have a significant disadvantage.
I strongly encourage you to try out all the jobs. You'll find the team's combination of utility, mobility, and burst damage matters a lot more than how many cards are blue, green, or red,
and none of it matters if the folks on the other side of the screen don't have a reasonable grasp of positioning and target selection.
I'll pass.
With how pvp got updated it has become easier to burst people down. In fact, if you get a certain composition (DRG/SMN for example) you can wipe an entire team.
On top of that, certain healers struggles to survive when separated from the group, even in 1v1s.
