Adventurer Plate Display if on Console vs. PC

PC Players are not able to see Adventurer plates from members who A. Play on PC with B. a character whose adventurer plate was initiated/made on PS4/PS5

Steps:
1. make an adventurer plate while playing on a character with the Playstation 5/4
2. use the same character with that updated adventurer plate when logging into PC (log out of PS5/4)
3. do not update adventurer plate as a pc

It seems that when you are on PC from a plate updated on PS4/PS5, PC players can't see the plate.
