Gamepad: Hotbar Lock Bypass

I seem unable to lock my hotbars on my controllers.
The game / default gamepad setup is bypassing my lock. :mad:

- I'm using double cross WXHB. (Xbox One)
- My lock icon is set to Lock.
- I press LT+Back, it interrupts all my inputs in the middle of whatever it is I'm doing, and asks me if I want to EDIT HOTBAR: SELECT A SLOT TO EDIT BY PRESSING ITS BUTTON CONFIGURATION.

I tried:

(path: SysConf>GamePSett>GamePCust>Calibration)

- Reassigning the Back button to another button, only to find LT+Back functions undeterred, no matter what I reassign the Back button to.

- Disabling the Back button altogether (told myself I can live without HUD nav. in a fight), only to find frustratingly, that you can't set a button on gamepad to nothing/empty, it can only, and exclusively reassign.

I'm sorry to vent out loud, but it's really frustrating in high-intensity content like PVP. You're pressing a million things, then just as you're focusing mid-fight, the game asks if you want to reorganize your whole setup.

I just don't want this option to show up AT ALL.

How do I disable the edit/swap prompt from LT+Back?
I just want my abilities on my cross/hotbars locked securely from input displacement.
