Retainers now bring back Moonward gear, which has no usage

This is less of a bug per se, and more of an oversight....

Steps:
1. Send retainer out for Quick Venture
2. They return with Moonward Gear
3. This gear cannot be desynthed or turned in for GC seals, only discarded

At this point, it's a wasted two ventures. I would rather they bring me back an Earth Crystal than a piece of Moonward gear!

Please remove Moonward gear from the quick venture pool, or at least allow us to desynth it or turn it in for seals.
