PLD still needs changes.
Guardian takes 25 seconds to cooldown and offers no damage or defense at all so in many situation you could be taking double damage just trying to protect one person unless you pair it up with Guard and that still only overs half the duration. We should not have to pair our greatest defense skill just to make one of our skill barely usable.
Holy Sheltron got a nice buff, but why in the world does the damage and heavy not go off if the shield did it's job and protected you for the 12k damage? Who the hell designed a skill that only half works if it does it's job?
How did the balancing guys things this was fine? Give us 50% damage mitigation for incoming damage from the person we protect while under the effect of Guardian (we should still take 100% from attacks that still hit us) and Holy Sheltron should always shoot off the 2k damage and heavy if the barrier is broken or not. WAR gets three aoes and the best stun in the game, but PLD getting an aoe heavy is too much? The bias from the WAR dev in charge of balancing is almost blinding at this point.

I'm still gutted that the stun on Intervene was a typo. I appreciate that I'm not going to take anyone out 1v1, but being able to stun actually allows me to help assist my team by taking out weakened targets. Having a single target shield bash every 15 seconds feels like a slap in the face when compared to WAR that has an AOE, gap closing stun with that same cool down.
And you're right on both points, holy shelltron should always proc the heavy and without mitigation of its own, Guardian is a terrible skill. I basically have to decide which of these 4 random people, I've just met, is either worth using up a precious resource or dying for.
I will also continue to argue that Atonement needs its own button. Let me save my stacks for burst damage or healing rather than be forced to use it. Being able to store up 24K in damage would make PLD more dangerous without being at all broken.
