Housing lottery status different ?

Date & Time: 9am GMT+8
Frequency: constant
World name: Tonberry
Character name: Soloia Nyah
Party or solo: solo
In-game time: 9pm Eorzea time
Area and coordinates: Radz at han & The Goblet ward 23 plot 14.


Steps:
1. When in Radz at Han, opening timers, the housing lottery status says "Entry period in progress"
2. When in The Goblet, opening timers, the housing lottery status says "Results period in progress"

Is this intended ?

The previous emergency housing management server maintenance was to extend this timer and possibly confirm the next lottery will not automatically begin.
Whether the UI message is correct, I am not certain, but the housing deadline has been extended and the next lottery start time/date has not presently been decided.
Even if there is a date/time displayed, this may be extended again if necessary, as far as I know.

The next housing lottery has been suspended until the housing lottery bug can be fully addressed.
The deadline to complete the housing transation for players who have received a successful lottery result has been extended.
It is recommended to complete the transaction (to ease the burden on the development team to which houses have issues to address).

I should add, yes, this UI error should also be addressed and corrected.
This is misleading and will need to be corrected anyway at a later time, but is not urgent at the moment as housing lottery is suspended.

I can confirm this UI bug in both Japanese and English localized language settings.
It appears major hub cities and housing areas display the correct message, while non-city areas are not consistent.
Some smaller city areas also fall into this not consistent category.

I don't believe this has been reported on the Japanese bug tracker yet, but don't see a reason to duplicate it if reported here as these bug reports will be summarized and forwarded to the development team in the end.

Some zones will will report "Entry period in progress" while other zones will report "Results period in progress"
It is difficult to make an exhaustive list, but here are a couple zones that are consistent.

The information in "timers" is not refreshed upon zone change, it is necessary to change tabs or re-poen the dialog box.

This appears not to be a language translation issue as the messages are consistent, but rather the information appears to be pulled from the zone server, which is not consistent.

I need to add the client is the Windows client that I am using.

i see the same thing with PlayStation client.
