I already submitted the relevant information during the Housing lottery, when I noticed the issue, but I have a screenshot showing that the 'bid accepted message' the system spit out was NOT in line with the plot I bid on.
As I said in my bug report and will reiterate, I was at Ward 23, Plot 27 placing my bid, and the printout said I bid on Ward 27, Plot 23.

I had the same issue. When I bought the lottery ticket and the reply on the chat as confirmation of the entry, swapped the number of the plot and the ward. Instead of saying Plot 28, Ward 19, it said incorrectly: Plot 19, Ward 28 (Empyreum, Light, Odin).
The results said that the participants were 7 but the results have shown 0 being the winner.
As per the latest communication, the housing maintenance has been completed and fixed. The 0 no longer appears as the winner, but an error still persists. It now says that there were no participants (instead of telling us which of the 7 participants was the winner), so we are still waiting to see who won. There is another part to the housing bug that hasn't been fixed and this has been one of them.
The same applies to the neighbouring house on the same ward 19, plot 29 and plot 2 (Empyreum, Odin, Light). -

Lottery fixes have not been implemented as of yet. The maintenance today was to ensure that the first lottery period did not end. There will be another maintenance event when the houses that were impacted with the 0 bug will be resolved. That has not yet been announced.
