Steps:
1. Log in on PS5 version of game
2. Moving camera or character around displays stuttering of frames and image as environments arounds you moves.
3. I do not have this issue when I run the PS4 version of the game on the PS5.
4. The frame drops and stuttering is immediately noticeable just moving my camera around in Shirogane or moving my character. When in populated areas, the effect is worse.
5. There's extensive coverage of this issue in the technical support forums but no dev acknowledgement in 7 pages of feedback from the player community:
