Differentiating Enemy/Ally Particles

Maybe I'm dumb and missing the option, but as far as I can tell, there's no way to tell what effects are hostile and which are from allies, and that just seems... ridiculous? When there's a SMN on both teams and you don't know if you can run through a hallway because you're not sure if that's your team's Bahamut or theirs, it's a pretty big problem. Same goes for SMN's Garuda attack, and I'm sure other particles I'm not thinking of right now. If there is some way to tell the difference then I'd love to know what it is.

Especially dragoon dive too, theres several times where i used guard when my party drg is using their LB as i thought its the enemy's lmao
