OCE has never been dead. This is really something that I want a lot of people outside of OCE to really understand, it's just a small little sprout that is slowly growing. Sure we don't have the queues of 4k+ that Primal had, but we do have enough of a population to do things, enough gatherers and crafters to supply the raiders.

When everyone tries to login at the same time, it can only process the logins of a certain amount of people per 2 minutes. This is usually 50 or 100 people but it varies.

Peak time for the DC at 9pm, everyone is keen to get in and do their dailies after being locked out since 4pm. Limsa is also packed to the gills already, which is always nice to see.
