How the system works now, is weird.
The match fix should be more like
1 Tank, 1 Heal, 1 Melee, 1 Ranged, 1 Magic Ranged on both teams.
Both teams will have exact same jobs, it will mess with the meta, but hey?

So you want half hour ques? And more rare, non meta jobs will have to wait even more for a counterpart in enemy team? Fixed roles was one of the reasons why The Feast was unpopular, tanks and ranged had very long ques, and healers could do a few matches in that time.
