Please check ward 26, plot 19 as well, the words "plot" and "ward" are reversed in some menus at present.

Corrected, there is no ward 26, but the above is still true, the words are reversed in some menus.

Have you confirmed your ward/plot under the duty, timers, housing information? That will verify the plot that you placed a lottery bid on.

Yeah I did, its the 19th ward plot 26 and it had a house on it. I went to every private buyer ward to try the same plot just to be sure. Never got my refund at all.
