Powerful Shot Indefinite Walk Speed

I am experiencing a bug wherein after casting Powerful Shot while moving, I will be locked into the walking speed of that action indefinitely. Sometimes the bug resolves itself after 2 to 30 minutes, sometimes it resolves itself after a few more casts of the same action, but most often I must relog the game. This bug reduces speed affects both Sprint and the forward slash (/) walk reducing both significantly rendering you unable to perform at all in PVP. This bug does not resolve upon switching jobclass. This bug does not seem to take effect with Machinist’s Blast Charge.
