Assuming a 50% winrate, it will take on average 2 hours of nonstop crystalline conflict to get 1 level at level 85 (this does not include time to load in, for the intro sequence to play, and for the end screen). When the newness wears off and queue times become a thing, this will, of course, increase further.
Please increase the experience points awarded for participating in CC (and perhaps other PVP if it's similarly excessively low).
