When clicking on the "recommended gear" icon while on my DNC the game want's to equip a Lv 8 necklace item and replace the Lv 60 item I am currently wearing. The item my character is wearing is the Teak Choker of Fending, I know not a dps piece, but it still has vastly better stats than the Copper Gorget that the game wants to replace it with.
