Suggestion and FC gil reclaim request

Hi, recently my friend in my FC was hacked and the hacker removed 100 million gil from our FC chest along with my friend's personal 30+ million gil. We caught the hacker in the act but it was too late as they left the FC with all the gil then continued to send scam tells to other players using my friend's name to further damage his account. My friend got suspended, he himself, me and all my FC friends submitted in game tickets about the incident, vouching for my friend's innocence as he was hacked.

We have screenshots of the transactions made within the FC when the hacker got in, and conversations with them to prove his innocence. 3 players were involved in the scam that we were able to identify; Lvcan Better, Oak Ria and Aira Mikki.

The main reason I'm making this post is because a GM suggested I made a feedback topic to implement FC items recovery system in order to reclaim our 100 million gil. I understand reclaiming FC items may be rough, but there were no items lost in this case, it was only gil, that we all worked hard for. And it is not fair that we have to lose this amount to degenerate hackers. The GM also added, that I update my rank settings, etc. But here's the thing, my FC is not full of strangers, we are merely 11 people who are all close friends with each other in real life, so I have no fault in my rank settings here and do not need to make any changes.

I am asking, that once my friend is proved innocent, we also receive compensation for our lost gil in the exact amount.
