3. Plot was won by nobody. Lottery result bugged out.

Reports from other players is anyone who was the only bidder on a plot did not get the plot.

That's ok, it also doesn't pick a winner with more than 1 participant.

yup even with more than 1 participant it can pick no winner. Had myself and another bidder and it still picked 0

Even when there was only one participant from my FC bidding on a house in Eperyum, the results say "No Participants."
