New ward suggestion

I know this idea may be far fetched to many and an essay to say the least but I love this FFXIV community, have done so for almost 7 years now and I'm hoping that after reading this y'all won't feel like I've wasted your time.

I respect all subbers and as a house owner I feel kinda bad for all those that also pay a sub and seem unable to aquire a house due to high demand. Heck I personally "only" still sub for the housing & FC experience so I get how it feels to not have a house xD

Therefor I suggest a new type of ward as a fix for everyone while talking about details that may be related to this idea. Here it goes:

Current situation:
- Several wards with 60 plots, divided into 2 halves.
- 30 plots/gardens & house glam visible at the same time if within view range.
- The ward is the primary instance, the house on the plot the secondary instance.
- Only FC houses have a workshop.
- Items in garden and inside house is treated as a separate situation.
- Choices for plots are Small/cottage (2 story) - Medium/House (3 story) - Large/Mansion (3 story).

Suggested situation:
- 1 ward in total
- Housing is merged with the apartment system, the only garden still shown in the area is the static one in the center.
To see a garden you would have to go inside the housing instance. Going outside should be a fast load due to not having to load any gardens and fewer house exteriors. Going inside will remain the same as it is now.
- The ward is the primary instance, the house becomes the secondary instance for the entire plot, meaning that you start inside the house and can now run outside & back inside without any load sequence.
While in the instance you will still see a house exterior that you can adjust but it would only be 1 side and you wouldn't be able to get on the roof.
- The total items you can place is now shared between the interior & exterior.
- Every house will now have a workshop, however some options will remain limited to houses that are shared with bigger populations.
- Choices for plots are Small/cottage (2 story) - Medium/House (3 story) - Large/Mansion (3 story), Huge/Manor (3 story but with Dual stair & larger garden, often also with a large swimming pool).

Changes I also suggest:
-If you teleport to your house, you should always teleport directly inside your instance, not just the area surrounding it.
-Slots for decorating a large house should be increased to 500 since it doesn't make sense to have 200 slots for a small house and only 400 for a house 3 times as big. I have had a house in each size and I could never make my largest one look finished due to this discriminating cap.
- Slots for decorating the Manor would have to be 600 keeping its larger size in mind.
- There should be an option where you can relocate your house to the new ward instance.
